I love to cook.
Some pictures of a dinner I made the other night. The first is a caprese salad. Fresh tomatoes and mozzarella topped with a basil leaf, coated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. That was served with some Italian bread and a olive oil, balsamic, and basil dipping plate.
For the main course, I made chicken with lots of fresh herbs - basil, oregano, and a little thyme - and some other random things. Like garlic. Lots of garlic. Rigatoni, fresh cut tomatoes, capers, and a side of broccoli.
My girlfriend made dessert - a fresh fruit salad and homemade whipped cream.
