Not only about beer this time.

I love to cook. 

Some pictures of a dinner I made the other night. The first is a caprese salad. Fresh tomatoes and mozzarella topped with a basil leaf, coated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. That was served with some Italian bread and a olive oil, balsamic, and basil dipping plate. 

For the main course, I made chicken with lots of fresh herbs - basil, oregano, and a little thyme - and some other random things. Like garlic. Lots of garlic. Rigatoni, fresh cut tomatoes, capers, and a side of broccoli.

My girlfriend made dessert - a fresh fruit salad and homemade whipped cream.

Another blog

In February, WordPress went down for a little over an hour. It affected 10,200,000 blogs. Well, this isn’t on wordpress, but here’s to 10,200,001.

Anyway, I figured I needed an outlet for things non-beer. And things beer that don’t fit on Starting A Brewery or The Hop Press. You know, for things like snow. And tech. And friends. And life. And stuff.

So, that’s what this is. Let’s see where it takes us.
